Being Grateful

“Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

Have you noticed how easy it is to find something wrong in your day to day? There are just so many things happening that can disturb your mood or disrupt your peace from the crappy commute to a stressful day at work or maybe you are just so exhausted you can’t tolerate the idea of doing anything else other than binge watch your fave series on Netflix. We really do forget that there is so much beyond our current circumstances. We are NOT our circumstances.

One way to overcome this is to cultivate an attitude of gratitude. Finding just 1 thing to be grateful for each and everyday whether it be being grateful for having food on the table, waking up or making it to work on time, that ONE THING can make a HUGE difference on how you approach AND view your life. Not only does it help you appreciate your life more and feel more at peace with your life as it is, it opens up amazing possibilities and opportunities that you normally may not have had. Praise this amazing life you have been blessed with and just watch how that transforms you on every level.

My amazing mother and I have recorded the following video for you. And we even share a super special silly dance to help you celebrate gratitude each and every day. Super duper shoutout to the guys who invented the Gratitude Dance. You’re inspiring!

What are you grateful for today?
