Week 2 of Veganism: I feel amazing but at the same time, I feel like I’m going to pass out from lack of cheese. I really really miss cheese. The worst part is I feel people don’t understand why this is important to me. “WAIT WHAT!? No cheese?! No yogurt? How is that humanely possible? Especially for YOU! The queen of the loving of cheese.” I know, I know. It’s hard but it’s worth it. It’s even more difficult when people still prepare things for you with cheese or dairy and you don’t want to be rude but you must politely decline. Sad…but I’m doing this for ME. So far I’m up for the challenge of week 2! LET’S DO THIS!
