My second favorite Ravioli of ALL time. If I say of ALL time, then you know it MUST be good. This pasta was freshly made (how do I know? I just KNOW! You can taste the difference, the texture, the flavor the quality. Molto Benne). This ravioli was filled with goat cheese and sundried tomatoes served with asparagus in a light vodka sauce. When I say I heard a symphony…I mean it. The room fell silent and I heard a violin as I took a bite. It was a perfectly sized portion. If you’re a pasta lover (as I clearly am) head over to Puttanesca on 56th and 9th avenue. It’s a bit pricy but it’s worth every penny.
