Incorporating something new: a plank a day. I’m trying to firm up even more so hey, why not add this? I’m aiming to increase how long I can hold plank position. Currently I’m starting at 2 minutes. Hopefully I can hold even longer!

True story.
I don’t believe in cheat days. Cheat days mean you’re cheating yourself of optimal health and results. Acknowledge your cravings but don’t let them consume you. Stop and observe your cravings and figure out what you need. Sure, a cookie or that gelato is okay on occasion but a whole day dedicated to ruining your healthy lifestyle? No thanks.
