Regardless of any type of diet you decide to give a whirl, remember you need to be physically active. It doesn’t matter that you cut calories. Sure you’ll feel good temporarily, but in the long run it’s def not the way to go. I’m a firm believer in exercising while eating right. Like I said in a previous post, diets don’t work: lifestyle changes do.
