I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Gourmet Shop on Broadway and 233rd street.  It is phenomenal. There are pre-made meals made in shop.  What I like the most?  It is REASONABLY priced for a healthy lifestyle.  Healthy living and good eating! That is definitely the way to go!

Ok…I lied…the part I like the most: free cheese samples.  Anything from Parmesan to Smoked Provolone. Delicioso. 

For your vegetarian culinary needs definitely stop by here and pick up a few ingredients.  Their fresh made mozzarella is to die for. It’s almost close to the real thing from Italy.
