My almost 100% but actually 90% vegan apple spice muffins. They’re incredibly moist and they are great with fruit or even some cashew or almond butter for added flavor and protein. Yummo!
These late night cravings for something sweet will be the death of me. Must ignore. Must avoid. I’m trying to just drink some tea…even though I have these fabulous (almost 100% vegan- just 90% vegan) apple spice cake muffins sitting ever so politely in my kitchen. Hmm…I should avoid temptation but a bite or two couldn’t hurt. After all, I am going to Zumba in the morning.

My ode to Whole Foods…I love you so much, when I have to leave you I feel sad. There are just SO MANY goodies at Whole Foods, I could probably spend a fortune there. Oh yea, just a little tip, don’t go shopping there when you’re hungry.
By the way…this is just one of the amazing things Whole Foods provides: brown rice veggie rolls with a sesame ginger dipping sauce. I was in heaven.
