True life: I’m addicted to cheese & I’m trying to quit

As ridiculous as this sounds, I really am trying to cut down my cheese intake. I used to find myself constantly snacking on cheese and then putting cheese galore on my food. Now, I’m trying something different. I’m allowing myself cheese maybe once a week. I even made tacos last night and didn’t add cheese. Though cheese is a good source of calcium and protein, I find it is hard for me to digest completely and let’s be honest, cheese can equal not only mucus but gas (and that’s not cute).

I LOVE cheese so much that we need to take some space and I know we will reestablish a loving relationship once I find out who I am without cheese (haha).

Peace, love and no cheese here.

One of my all time favorite things to eat: stir-fry from Stir Crazy at Palisades Mall. I love that I can pick my favorite veggies (I usually pile them high), combine different sauces and watch the chef sautee the veggies in a wok right in front of me. YUM.
